Reminder
As the season progresses, AFC Corsham would like to remind all players, parents, spectators, and coaches of our Code of Conduct. These standards, aligned with FA guidelines, ensure that football at our club remains safe, inclusive and enjoyable for everyone.
Parents & Spectators
We ask all parents and supporters to always show respect to referees, opposition players, coaches, and each other. Encouragement is welcomed, but coaching should be left to the coaches. Negative comments, shouting at officials, or questioning decisions is not acceptable. Setting the right example from the sidelines is vital.
Players
Our players are expected to arrive on time, be prepared for training and matches and show respect at all times to teammates, opponents, referees, and coaches. Playing with commitment, positivity, and sportsmanship is central to our club ethos.
Representing AFC Corsham with pride — on and off the pitch — is part of being in our club.
Coaches & Managers
Our volunteers are role models for our young players. They place player wellbeing above all else, create inclusive environments, and promote teamwork and fair play.
Coaching at AFC Corsham is about development and enjoyment as much as performance.
At AFC Corsham, football is more than just results — it’s about giving every child the chance to learn, grow and enjoy the game in a supportive community. By upholding the Code of Conduct, we can all play our part in making sure the game is a positive experience for every player.
