Dear Members,

Wessex Water will be carrying out major water mains repairs on Leafy Lane from 8th September 2025 until the end of February 2026.

This work is being done in phases. We will share updates on later phases as dates approach, but please note the following for the first stage:

Phase 1 (8th September – 31st October 2025)

• Leafy Lane will be closed in sections between the A4 (Trenchard Avenue junction) and Springfield Close.
• This means there will be NO ACCESS to Leafy Lane Playing Fields from the A4 during this period.
• Access will only be possible via Boxfields Road / B3109 (south side) – please see the attached diversion map for guidance.

Important Notes

• Leafy Lane Playing Fields has no involvement in this work and cannot influence the closure.
• Please allow extra travel time for training sessions, matches, and events.
• Further details about Phase 2 will be shared closer to the time.
